Business Development Manager
Job Summary
The Business Development Manager works to improve an organization's market position and achieve financial growth. This person defines long-term organizational strategic goals, builds, and maintains key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions. The BDM also helps manage existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive.
Education
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, management or any business - related course
Work Experience
At least 2 years' FMCG sales experience is required
At least 2 years' experience handling distributors or key accounts.
Institutional accounts management is an advantage
